Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, refunds and returns are treated differently from traditional physical goods. Our services are intangible, customized, and time-based, and therefore require special terms to ensure fairness for both parties.

No Instant Refunds: Once work has commenced, we do not offer immediate or full refunds unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable): If the client chooses to cancel the service mid-way through a package, a partial refund may be granted depending on the percentage of work completed.
Time-Based Charges: Services are billed based on time, resources, and effort invested, not simply results alone. Refunds are calculated accordingly.
We may issue full or partial refunds under the following circumstances:
If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a payment gateway or billing error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
If a service is paid for but cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from our end (e.g., technical failure, staffing issues), you are eligible for a full refund.
If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and no work has been started, a full refund will be issued.
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
If a project has been partially or fully completed
If deliverables have been submitted to the client
If SEO rankings do not improve due to external factors (e.g., algorithm changes, website issues outside our control)
If the client fails to provide necessary inputs or access causing delays
If services are paused or delayed at the client’s request
All custom SEO strategies, one-time audits, and consulting sessions are non-refundable once work has started. These services are tailored and involve expert time and research that cannot be retracted or reused.
If you’re subscribed to a monthly SEO plan:
You may cancel future billing at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for the current or past billing cycle once services have started.
Pausing the subscription is allowed once every 6 months (must be requested in writing).
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is initiated:
We reserve the right to terminate all services and revoke access to deliverables.
Legal action may be pursued in the event of fraudulent chargebacks.

Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued via the original payment method used. We do not provide cash refunds. If the refund involves a foreign currency, the exact amount refunded may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
